All LEGO products are produced within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery in 3-5 business days from dispatch. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75, or £4.95 for orders under that threshold.

As all products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will replace it or issue a full refund.
