Keep It What is a UK personalised gift shop. We UV-print and laser-engrave golf balls, wedges and golf accessories, photo jigsaws, ceramic tiles, slate coasters and kitchen gifts to order in our own workshop, with a live preview so you see the finished design before you buy. Personalisation takes 1-4 working days, standard UK delivery is a further 1-3 working days, and delivery is free on orders over £75.

What can you personalise?

Everything is printed or engraved to order in six ranges. Personalised golf gifts cover personalised golf balls from Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade and Srixon in packs of three or a dozen, along with laser-engraved Ping and TaylorMade wedges, ball markers and accessories. Tiled prints photographs and city designs onto ceramic tile art. Cooking covers engraved slate coasters, full-colour photo coasters and recipe books. Romantic holds Spotify music plaques, star map night lights and 25mm acrylic photo blocks. PG is where the jigsaws, photo cubes and name prints for children live. We engrave our own stock rather than items sent in.

How does the live preview work?

Each personalised product has a preview built into its page. You type the text, choose a font, upload a photo where the product takes one, and move it into position; the preview redraws as you go, so what is on the screen is what goes on the item. Character limits differ by product and the tool shows the limit for the one in front of you. Uploads can be JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, and around 300 DPI gives the cleanest print. There is no emailed proof to wait for — you approve the design yourself and order.

How long does a personalised gift take?

Personalisation takes 1-4 working days and standard UK delivery adds 1-3 working days, so most orders land 2-7 working days after they are placed. Delivery is free on orders over £75 and £4.95 below that, and we currently ship within the United Kingdom only. An order can still be changed in the first two hours; after that it has gone into production. Items arrive in gift-ready packaging at no extra cost and a message card can be added at checkout. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or the mistake is ours, which is why the preview is there to check before you pay.

Who is Keep It What?

Keep It What Limited is a UK company, registered in London and trading since 2024. It began when the founder, Andrew, tried to have a golf club engraved for his son and spent weeks on emails and proofs before it was done. The live preview and the in-house printing both come from that: see the design, order it, get it.
