How long does delivery take?

Production takes 1-2 business days. Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days (free on orders over £75, otherwise £4.95).

Can I return a personalised item?

Due to their custom nature, personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Will personalisation affect the ball performance?

No. Our UV printing technology adds a negligible amount of material to the ball surface. All golf balls maintain their original playing characteristics, spin rates, and flight patterns after personalisation.

What can I print on the golf balls?

You can add custom text (names, initials, dates, messages), logos, photos, and custom designs. Our UV printing produces photo-quality, waterproof results that will not wash off or fade.
