How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days of ordering, email us at hello@keepitwhat.com and we will look into it for you.
What's the turnaround time for personalised items?
Most personalised items are produced within 3-5 working days. Standard UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days on top of production.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes, we ship nationwide across the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75, or £4.95 on orders under £75.
Can I request a refund on a personalised item?
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged, as they are made uniquely for you. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If your personalised item has arrived faulty, email hello@keepitwhat.com with photos and we will put it right.
How do I get in touch for corporate or bulk orders?
For corporate gifting, bulk orders or custom branding enquiries, email hello@keepitwhat.com with the product, quantity and any branding requirements. We will come back to you with pricing, lead times and artwork options.
How long before you reply to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). Messages sent over the weekend or on UK bank holidays will be answered the next working day.
