Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days)

Free on orders over £50 | £4.95 for orders under £50

Perfect for most orders. Your items will be carefully packaged and delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from dispatch.

UK Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

£9.95 for all orders

Need it faster? Choose express delivery at checkout for next-day or 2-day delivery from dispatch date.

Ireland & International Delivery

Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

We ship to Ireland and selected international destinations. Delivery times typically 7-14 business days depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates from date of dispatch, not date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs clearance for international orders).

Processing Times

Personalised Items: Please allow 1-2 business days for personalisation before shipping.

Standard Items: Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day.

Peak Periods: During busy seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery Issues

If You're Not Home

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot. Specific procedures depend on the courier used.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Items: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note this with the courier and contact us immediately at hello@keepitwhat.com with photos. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - see our Returns Policy for details.

Lost Parcels: If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and any safe places the courier may have left it. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@keepitwhat.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and you do not arrange redelivery or collection within the carrier's specified timeframe (usually 7-14 days), the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. You may be responsible for additional costs if redirection is required.

Important Information

Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to your chosen delivery address. Until then, we are responsible for the goods.

Ownership: Title (ownership) of goods passes to you when we receive full payment and the goods are delivered to you.

Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, extreme weather, industrial action). You may be entitled to cancel your order if delivery is significantly delayed - see our Terms & Conditions.

International Customs: For international orders, customs delays and charges are beyond our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country.
