What photo resolution do I need for a jigsaw?

For the sharpest print, upload a photo that's at least 1200×1200 pixels. Our online design tool checks your image as soon as you add it and will warn you if the resolution is too low, so you can check before you order.

How many pieces should I choose for a child vs an adult?

Our 8-piece and 9-piece jigsaws suit toddlers and very young children, with large, easy-to-grip pieces. The 30-piece A5 puzzle works well from around age six, and the 40, 80 and 81-piece sizes suit older children, teens and adults who want more of a challenge.

How long will my personalised jigsaw take to arrive?

Production takes 1-4 working days, then 1-3 working days in transit with the carrier — 2-7 working days door to door. Delivery is free on orders over £75, otherwise £4.95.

What if my photo is low quality?

Our upload tool warns you if your image resolution is too low for a sharp print, right at the point you upload it, so you can swap in a better photo before you order rather than after.

Can I return a personalised jigsaw?

Due to their custom nature, personalised jigsaws cannot be returned unless there's a fault with the product or an error on our part. We show a full preview before production and quality-check every puzzle.
