Corporate personalised gifts, made in the UK

Keep It What produces bespoke personalised gifts for UK businesses, agencies and event organisers. Every item is personalised in-house — engraved golf balls for client days, photo-framed awards for long-service milestones, branded glassware for hospitality suites, and framed music plaques for conference keepsakes. Because we design, print and engrave every order ourselves, we can turn branded runs around faster than most wholesale gifting platforms.

From 20 units upwards you'll be looked after by a dedicated account manager who handles artwork sign-off, sample approval, batch production scheduling and courier dispatch. We've supplied corporate orders for golf societies, law firms, property developers, recruitment agencies, and SME Christmas parties — each one custom-quoted to match the brief.

How the corporate quote process works

  1. Submit your brief. Tell us roughly what you need — product type, quantity, deadline, and any branding or personalisation requirements. The form above is the fastest route.
  2. Receive a tailored quote. We respond within 1–2 working days with a line-itemised quote, unit economics at your requested volume, any setup costs, and realistic production timelines.
  3. Approve artwork and sample. For branded orders we'll send a digital proof; for orders over 100 units we can produce a physical sample before the main production run.
  4. Production and dispatch. Bulk runs are scheduled into our studio calendar and shipped either as a single consolidated delivery or individually addressed gifts to recipients across the UK.

Bulk pricing FAQs

What's the minimum order quantity?
Volume discounts start at 20 units on most personalised products. Smaller runs are still welcome through our standard product pages — the corporate programme specifically exists to unlock better per-unit pricing and dedicated artwork support at scale.
How much can I save on bulk orders?
Discounts scale with volume — typically 10–15% at 20–50 units, 15–25% at 51–250 units, and bespoke tiered pricing above that. Final pricing depends on the product, personalisation complexity and timeline.
Can you personalise gifts with our company logo?
Yes — we accept vector artwork (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files. Our studio optimises each logo for the chosen personalisation method (engraving, UV print, colour-fill) and sends a digital proof before production.
How long do corporate orders take to produce?
Most runs of 20–100 units are ready for dispatch within 5–10 working days. Larger orders or complex multi-product campaigns may take 2–3 weeks. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — share your deadline up front and we'll let you know.
Can you deliver gifts individually to recipients?
Yes. Provide a spreadsheet of recipient addresses and we'll pack and ship each gift separately. Ideal for remote teams, client gifting campaigns and employee reward programmes.
Do you offer sample products before a full run?
For orders over 100 units we can produce a physical sample for approval — handy if the gift is high-profile or involves novel artwork. Sample costs are credited against the main order once approved.

Corporate gifting use cases

Our corporate clients use Keep It What for employee milestone rewards (five, ten and twenty-year service), branded client appreciation gifts at year-end, tournament prizes for golf days and charity events, conference swag that goes beyond the usual branded pen, and personalised wedding favours for corporate hospitality events.

Because we focus on genuinely personalised items — not generic promotional merchandise — recipients keep the gift rather than binning it. That's the distinction worth paying for: a framed photo plaque or engraved golf ball lands very differently from a logo mousemat.
