How often do you restock new arrivals?

We add fresh personalised gifts to the New Arrivals collection most weeks. Our team releases new designs, seasonal drops and limited editions on a rolling basis, so it is worth checking back regularly or following us on social for first looks.

What counts as a "new arrival"?

Any product added to the Keep It What range within the last 60 days appears here, along with newly refreshed designs and variants. The list is sorted by newest first so you always see the most recent additions at the top.

Can I get alerts when new arrivals drop?

Yes. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page and we will email you when new personalised gifts are released. You can also follow Keep It What on Instagram and Facebook for launch announcements.

Do you offer free UK delivery on new arrivals?

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £75 and £4.95 on smaller orders. Every order is tracked to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

How long does personalisation take on newly released items?

Most new arrivals are made to order in our UK workshop within 1-3 working days, followed by 3-5 working days in transit. During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day) please allow an extra 2-3 days for production.
