How long does delivery take?

Production takes 1-4 working days. Standard UK delivery is 1-3 working days (free on orders over £75, otherwise £4.95).

Can I return a personalised item?

Due to their custom nature, personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Is the engraving food safe?

Our laser engraving removes material from the surface rather than adding anything, so there are no additional chemicals or coatings. Engraved slate coasters and similar items are safe for use with food and drinks.
