How long does delivery take?

Production takes 1-4 working days. Standard UK delivery is 1-3 working days (free on orders over £75, otherwise £4.95).

Can I return a personalised item?

Due to their custom nature, personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

What image resolution do I need?

For the best results, use images that are at least 600x600 pixels. Higher resolution images will produce sharper, more vibrant prints. Our upload tool will warn you if your image resolution is too low.
