Ordering Branded Golf Balls in Bulk: Prices per Dozen, Artwork and Lead Times

If you are organising a company golf day, a club open or a society's end-of-season event, logo golf balls are usually on the list. The questions are always the same: how many, which ball, what it costs and how far ahead to order. This guide answers them with our actual prices.

Everything here refers to our Corporate Golf Ball Bundle, which runs from 4 to 15 dozen. You design one ball and it is printed on every ball in the order, and the logo printing is included in the per-dozen price.

What Do Branded Golf Balls Cost per Dozen?

The per-dozen price falls as the quantity rises. These are the rates at the two ends of the range and at nine dozen, which is a typical golf day:

All prices are per dozen with the logo included. So four dozen Srixon AD333s is £91.96, and nine dozen is £179.91. The live price for every quantity in between shows on the product page as you choose.

How Many Balls Do You Need?

Start from the number of players, not the number of teams. Most golf days give each player a sleeve of three or a half-dozen. Nine dozen (108 balls) covers 36 players with a sleeve each, which is a typical shotgun start. Then add a dozen or two for prizes and for whoever forgets to bring any.

For a club open or a society, it is often better to order once for the season. The per-dozen price is lower at the higher tiers.

Which Ball Should You Choose?

Match the ball to the field, not to the budget line.

• A mixed corporate field where half the players golf twice a year: Srixon AD333 or TaylorMade Distance+. Both are durable and forgiving, and nobody will notice the difference from a premium ball.
• A club competition or a keen society: TaylorMade TP5x, Callaway Chrome Tour or Titleist Pro V1. Players who play a premium ball will notice if they are handed something else, and the logo stays in their bag longer.
• A thank-you for clients who play seriously: Pro V1. It is the ball most of them already buy.

What Artwork Should You Send?

Logos print on a small curved area, so simple artwork works best.

• Send a vector file (SVG, EPS or PDF) if you have one. A large, high-resolution PNG on a transparent background also works.
• Keep it bold. Thin lines and small text disappear at ball size. If your logo has a tagline under it, leave the tagline off.
• Full colour is fine. UV printing reproduces a colour logo directly, with no reduction to one colour.

How Far Ahead Should You Order?

Production on a personalised order is 1-4 working days, and UK delivery is a further 1-3 working days after dispatch. Our new Roland MO-240 prints 108 balls in under ten minutes, so a large order no longer waits behind smaller ones. We explain that in more detail in what the MO-240 changes.

Even so, order at least two weeks before the event. That leaves time to approve the artwork and absorbs any delay in transit. Bundle orders are over £75, so standard UK delivery is free. Standard delivery is our only UK service.
