Personalised Kitchen Gifts UK from £19 — Recipe Books & Slate Coasters

Personalised Kitchen Gifts: Recipe Books, Slate Coasters and Cooking Essentials

The best kitchen gifts become part of the daily routine: the recipe book that lives on the worktop, or the coasters that go under every mug and get used without a second thought until someone asks "where did you get those?"

Our kitchen gift range is small and focused: a personalised recipe book and two styles of slate coasters. All three get used every day.

Personalised Recipe Book — £30.00

Personalised Recipe Book

A proper recipe book with their name on the cover, made to be used by anyone who takes cooking seriously: the person who tweaks a recipe until it is right, scribbles adjustments in the margins of cookbooks and knows their Sunday roast timing down to the minute.

A dedicated book turns scattered notes and screenshots into something organised and permanent. It sits on the kitchen shelf next to the cookbooks they actually use, and over time it becomes the most valuable one there, because every recipe inside is one they have tested themselves.

Who is it for:

• Home cooks who collect and perfect recipes
• Newlyweds setting up their first kitchen
• Parents who want to document family recipes to pass down
• Anyone who currently stores recipes on their phone or on scraps of paper
• Retirement gifts for people who plan to spend more time cooking

At £30, it feels substantial, and the personalised cover makes a blank recipe book theirs.

Engraved Slate Coasters (Pack of 4) — £19.00

Engraved Slate Coasters

Natural slate coasters with your custom engraving, supplied as a pack of four. The engraving is laser-cut into the slate surface for a permanent, tactile finish that will not fade or wear away.

Slate is a natural material, so each coaster has subtle variations in colour and texture that give it character. The dark surface provides excellent contrast for the engraved text, making names, dates, or messages clearly visible.

Four coasters cover a coffee table, a dining table or a desk, and they protect surfaces while looking a lot better than plain cork.

Engraving ideas:

• Family surname and year ("The Johnsons - Est. 2020")
• Coordinates of a meaningful location
• Short message ("Dad's Brew", "Mum's Coffee")
• Wedding date or anniversary
• Individual names — one per coaster

Full Colour Slate Coaster Set (4 Pack) — £19.00

Full Colour Slate Coaster Set

The same natural slate, but with full-colour UV printing instead of engraving. That means photos, logos, colourful artwork and detailed images can all go onto the slate.

The UV printing is durable and resistant to everyday use. The full-colour capability means these coasters can carry photos, which the engraved version cannot.

Design ideas:

• Family photos — one per coaster, four family members
• Pet photos — four favourite shots of the dog or cat
• Holiday photos — four highlights from a trip
• Food photography — for the chef who wants their kitchen to look the part
• Custom artwork or monograms in full colour

Engraved vs Full Colour: Which to Choose?

Choose engraved if you want a classic, understated look with text-based personalisation. You can feel the engraving when you run a finger over it.

Choose full colour if you want photos, colourful designs, or anything beyond simple text. UV printing can reproduce things engraving cannot.

Gift Combinations

These products pair well together and with other items from our range:

• Recipe Book + Engraved Coasters (£49): a complete kitchen gift set that just qualifies for free delivery
• Slate Coasters + Photo Block (from £39): coasters for the coffee table, photo block for the mantlepiece
• Recipe Book + Personalised Gifts for Him bundle: add a recipe book to golf balls or a photo cube for a multi-gift set

Delivery and Returns

All kitchen gifts are produced within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard delivery in 3-5 business days from dispatch. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75, or £4.95 for orders under that threshold.

As all products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Gifts That Earn Their Place

The kitchen is the hardest room to earn shelf space in. Everything competes for worktop and cupboard space, and anything that does not pull its weight ends up at the back of a drawer. These gifts stay out because they get used: the recipe book every Sunday, the coasters every evening.
